	6.7	当社は、クッキー、ピクセルタグおよびその他の解析ツールを用いて収集した NPII と、お客様から収集したその他の情報を組み合わせることがあります。この情報は、当社のウェブサイトの向上、オンライン体験のパーソナライズ化、情報の配信、広告の有効性の判断、その他の社内業務目的に使用します。
	6.8	当社はウェブサイトの統計を収集するために Google アナリティクスを利用することがあります。収集した情報を活用し、当社のサービスの質の向上に役立てています。Googleアナリティクスは、クッキーを用いて、利用者のセッションを定義するものです。これによって、訪問者がウェブサイトをどのように利用しているかに関する重要なデータを収集することができます。Googleアナリティクスは、データ解析にファーストパーティークッキーのみを利用しています。つまり、クッキーは当社のウェブサイトに紐づくことを意味し、Googleアナリティクスは、ウェブサイト上の閲覧行動に関連する統計的な解析に限り、クッキーデータを利用します。Googleによると、収集したデータを他のドメインのサービスが改変または取得することはできません。適切なブラウザ設定を選択すると、クッキーの使用を拒否することができます。ただし、この設定にすると、本ウェブサイトの全機能を利用することはできませんのでご注意ください。本ウェブサイトを使用することで、お客様はGoogle が上記の方法および目的でお客様に関するデータを処理することに同意したとみなされます。Googleアナリティクスに関する詳細は、Googleのウェブサイトをご覧ください。
７．セキュリティ
	7.1	当社はお客様の個人情報を適切に管理し安全性を確保するよう努力しています。当社は、商取引上の合理的な物理的、電子的かつ行政的な措置を講じて、収集した個人情報の安全性を維持しています。これにはデータベースサーバーに物理的にアクセスできる人数を制限することや、不正なアクセスから守る電子保護システムおよびパスワード保護を採用した手段が含まれます。
	7.2	当社の最善の努力にもかかわらず、残念ながら、インターネットを介して送信するデータは 100% 安全であるとは保証できません。本ウェブサイトから送信する情報の安全性を確保するため、合理的なすべての手段を講じていますが、当該情報が第三者に傍受されないということは保証できません。ただし、法律が認める最大限の範囲内で、権限のない第三者による不正なまたは詐欺的な取引があった場合は必要な措置を取ります。
8．その他のウェブサイトのリンク
	8.1	本ウェブサイトにアクセスすると、第三者が運営するウェブサイトにリンクする、または他のウェブサイトのリンク先を経由して本ウェブサイトにアクセスする場合があります。これは、当社が当該ウェブサイトまたは同ウェブサイトが提供する商品またはサービスを承認することを意味するものではありません。当社は、本ウェブサイトにリンクするウェブサイトについて一切の保証表明または保証をするものではありません。このような他のウェブサイトは、当社とは独立したものであり、当社が管理するものではなく、また同ウェブサイトの情報、製品または活動について責任を負うものでもありません。
	8.2	さらに、プライバシーに関する当社の取り組みは、他のウェブサイトの取り組みとは異なる場合があります。これらのウェブサイトに個人情報を提供する場合には、当該ウェブサイトの運営者が定めるプライバシーポリシーが適用されることになります。他のウェブサイトのプライバシーポリシーを十分理解した上で個人情報を提供するようにしてください。
９．オプトアウト
	当社がお客様にメールを送信する場合は、お客様が当社からのメール受信を希望した場合に限ります。当社からのメール配信を希望しない場合は、当社が送信するメールの文末に記載する「購読解除」のリンクをクリックしてください。プロモーションの中にはリクエストの送信前にすでに処理済みのものもあるため、購読解除の完了までには、当社がリクエストを受理してから１０営業日の猶予をいただきますので予めご了承ください。
１０．「なりすまし」および「フィッシング」
	「なりすまし」または「フィッシング詐欺」という一般的なオンライン詐欺が知られています。この詐欺が発生するのは、合法な発信元になりすまし、個人情報の入力を促すEメールを受信した場合です。個人情報の入力や照合を求めるメールを当社から送信することはありませんのでご注意ください。このような情報の入力を要求するEメールを受信した場合は、当社から送信したように見えても、決して返信しないでください。また当該メールに記載されたリンクをクリックしないでください。オンライン詐欺の可能性のある事例を調査しますので、不審なEメールは当社宛Info@mergentjapan.comに転送してください。
１１．リマーケティング広告及びトラッキング拒否のシグナル　
		
	11.1 当社は、現在、対象を絞った広告を配信する目的で、長期間にわたる、第三者のウェブサイトを通じた顧客のトラッキングをて行っておりません。従いまして、トラッキング拒否（Do Not Track）のシグナルに対して反応しません。
		
	11.2 当社は、第三者がウェブサイトにおいて個人を特定できる情報を収集することを許可しておりません。
		
１２．その他注意事項
		
	以下の点にもご注意ください。　
		
	(a)	利用者は、当社のウェブサイトに匿名でのアクセスが可能です。
		
	(b)	本プライバシー・ポリシーへのリンクは、トップページ上にて、又は少なくとも当社ウェブサイトにアクセスされた際の最初の重要なページにて提示します。
		
	(c)	当社のウェブサイト上のプライバシー・ポリシーへのリンクは、「プライバシー」という言葉を含み、上述のページにて容易に発見することが可能です。
		
	(d)	当社のプライバシーに変更があった場合には、当社のプライバシー・ページにて通知いたします。
		
	(e)	利用者は、当社に対しEメール又は電話での連絡により個人情報を変更することができます。
		
	(f)	当社は、トラッキング拒否(Do Not Track)のブラウザー機能が作動している場合には、トラッキング拒否の設定を尊重し、トラッキング、クッキーの発行及び宣伝広告を行いません。
		
	(g)	当社は、第三者による利用者動向（個人情報を含まない）のトラッキングを認めています。当社のウェブサイト上での第三者による個人情報の収集は許可していません。
		
１３．法的な目的による開示
		
	お客様は、司法及び行政の手続上正当な理由がある場合には、司法機関もしくは行政機関に対して、お客様の個人情報を開示することがあることをあらかじめ承諾するものとします。お客様はまた、虚偽、不実表示、知的財産の侵害、又はその他当社の責任が問われる危険性がある活動のような、本ウェブサイトに関連する違法もしくは不適切な行為の捜査に際し、当社が捜査機関に個人情報を開示することがあることを許可するものとします。
		
１４．非機密情報
		
	お客様が秘密情報又は財産的情報をEメールもしくはその他の媒体により当社にお送りいただくことは控えていただくようお願い申し上げます。当社にお送りいただく情報、資料、提案、アイデア又はコメントは、全て非機密情報とみなされ、同上の情報をお送りいただくということは、お客様は当社に、お客様に対する支払い又はその他の報酬無しに、当該情報の使用、変更、再製、送信、展示、及び配信する絶対的な権利を許可したものとみなされます。但し、当社が当該情報、資料、提案、アイデア又はコメントを特定することを法により要求されるか、又は事前にお客様からの許可を得ない限り、お客様の氏名は使用いたしません。
		
１５．個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止等のご請求
		
	当社は、法令に基づき、お客様ご本人からの個人情報の開示、利用目的の通知、訂正、利用停止（第三者提供の停止を含みます）のご請求がある場合には、遅滞なく対応します。具体的な手続につきましては、後記の「個人情報お客様相談窓口」にお問合せください。ただし、関係法令に定めるところにしたがい、ご請求に応じられない場合があります。また、開示及び利用目的の通知のご請求につきましては、当社所定の手数料をご負担いただきますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

	当社のWebサイトにおけるお客様のプライバシーあるいはセキュリティに関してご質問がありましたら、当社担当窓口であるマージェント・ジャパン株式会社（Info@mergentjapan.com）まで、Eメールにてご連絡下さい。その際、お客様の氏名及びEメールアドレスをお書き添えください。お客様から当社へ送られたEメールに対し7営業日以内に当社からの返答が得られない場合には、最初のEメールが受信されていない場合があるため、再度Eメールをお送りください。
